1985 Private Press Out Of Bethesda, Maryland Still In Shrink Wrap. Formed In 1984 As An Attempt To Bring Some Glam And Fun Into The DC Post-Hardcore Scene, The Eubies Soon Found Themselves At The Center Of The Short-Lived But Very Influential "Gothadelic" Scene In Washington, D.C., Releasing 2 Records- A Self-Titled Lp In 1985, And "Mystery" In 1988, Which Won A Local WAMA Award For Best Alternative Recording. In 1989, Despite Critical Acclaim And National Radio Exposure, The Band Decided To Call It A Day, Due Internal Conflicts And Management Issues more
