Rare, Way Obscure, And Apparently Unknown Private Press LP By This California-Based Artist With A Real Early Seventies West Coast Rock-AOR-Singer Songwriter Vibe Ala Early Bob Seger, Doobie Bros. Etc., With A Few Grateful Dead And Gram Parsons Hippie-Country Moves Thrown In. Although You'd Think This Was All Acoustic Guitar From The Back Cover, About Half The Tracks Features Some Really Tasty Electric Guitar And Full Band (The Excellent "Idaho," "What Are You Going To Do" Etc.), Giving This A More Mainstream 1970's Rock Feel. Plaintive, Bitttersweet "Down The Road (By Surprise)" With Harmony Vocals Sounds Like An Outtake From The First Flying Burrito Bros. Or Gram Parsons Solo LPs. No Date On The Album But From Sound And Vibe This Is Somewhere Between 1972-1976. The Jacket Has a Center Bottom Seam Split And The Glossy LP Appears Unplayed.... more details
