_Ohms
New - LP - 093624892144
Sealed 2025 US reissue. Standard black vinyl pressing. Custom hype sticker on shrink. Ohms feels like a pressure system snapping back into balance. Heavy without sludge, atmospheric without drift, it reconnects the band’s metallic weight to their gift for tension and release. Guitars churn and shimmer in equal measure, rhythms lock tight, and Chino Moreno’s voice floats above the wreckage with calm authority. From the coiled menace of the title track to the expansive sweep elsewhere, it’s focused, mature, and quietly ferocious. A late-career statement that doesn’t chase the past, it reclaims it on its own terms. more
_Ohms
New - LP - 093624892144
Sealed 2020 LP. Custom Gold Hype Sticker On Front. "At The Dawn Of Their Fourth Decade Together As A Band, Alt-metal Stalwarts Deftones Crafted One Of The Best Albums In Their Catalog, Ohms. Reuniting With Producer Terry Date, The Man Behind Their First Four Efforts (Five, Counting The Unreleased Eros), The Band Attacks With Full Power, Reinvigorated, Hungry, And At A Creative Apex. Their Most Accessible Work Since 2000's White Pony, Ohms Offers Listeners Plenty Of Substance To Grab On To: For The First Time In A While, Tightly Executed Songs Take Precedence Over Heady Ideas, Resulting In A Deeply Effective And Satisfying Experience That Balances Their Eras. Playing Upon The Concepts Of Resistance And Polarity Implied By The Album's Title, Deftones Take Their Signature Beauty-meets-brutality Assault, Searching For Balance Across A Tightly Focused Ten Tracks. As A Unit, They Haven't Sounded This Refreshed In Years. While Each Track Is A Gem In Its Own Right, Immediate Standouts Include The Urgent "Error" -- A Time Machine To The Band's Early Days That Pops And Churns Like "Headup" And Beautifully Unfolds Like "Minerva" -- And The Title Track, An Avalanche Of Beautiful Noise That Centers On Carpenter's Blistering Guitar Gymnastics. "Ohms" Is One Of The Best Songs They've Ever Crafted And, Like Everything Else On Deftones' Ninth Album, A Dizzying Display Of A Band At Peak Performance." AllMusic Review By Neil Z. Yeung. more

Around The Fur
New - LP - 093624957805
Sealed 2024 reissue/repress. "While Deftones still rely more on form than content, they have noticeably improved on their second album, Around the Fur. Their sound has hardened into a blunt, aggressive slab of metallic guitars and hammering drums, giving the album a visceral force. Deftones tap into the same alternative metal vibe as Korn and L7, and while they don't have catchy riffs or a fully developed sound, Around the Fur suggests they're about to come into their own." Sealed 2024 2LP US reissue. Gatefold jacket, custom hype sticker on shrink. B-Sides & Rarities pulls back the curtain on the band’s shadow work. Covers, alternate takes, and non-album cuts reveal how much intention lives between official releases. The mood swings are wide, metallic pressure giving way to dreamlike calm, with Deftones’ knack for atmosphere intact no matter the source. It’s not a leftovers bin; it’s a sketchbook, messy, revealing, and essential for understanding how the band builds tension, texture, and release. more

Covers
New Import - 9362-49582-9
Sealed, latest run of the 2017 EU reissue. Custom hype sticker on shrink. A concise collection that reveals Deftones’ influences through atmosphere rather than reinvention. The band filters songs by The Cure, Sade, and Duran Duran through their signature haze, trading aggression for texture and mood. Subtle, reverent, and surprisingly intimate, Covers feels like a late-night mixtape from a band confident enough to whisper. more

Deftones
New Import - 9362-48350-1
Sealed 2025 EU reissue. Standard black pressing. Custom hype sticker on shrink. Deftones is the sound of a band shedding skin. Darker, heavier, and more inward-looking than what came before, it trades overt hooks for atmosphere and emotional weight. Guitars loom and fracture, rhythms feel submerged, and Chino Moreno’s vocals drift between menace and vulnerability. Tracks like “Hexagram” and “Minerva” pull in opposite directions yet share the same gravity. Brooding, uncompromising, and quietly influential, it’s Deftones turning tension into texture and finding power in restraint. more

Diamond Eyes
New - LP - 093624967330
Sealed 2025 reissue. "A long four years separate Diamond Eyes from Saturday Night Wrist, four years that were sadly packed with peril for Deftones. Bassist Chi Cheng suffered injuries so severe in a November 2008 auto accident the band took a hiatus, eventually honoring prior touring commitments by hiring Quicksand bassist Sergio Vega, and eventually cutting a full album with him on board and scrapping a near-completed album in the process. Given this serious trauma, it’s only logical that Diamond Eyes functioned as musical therapy for Deftones, but the surprise is that it has little downcast lyrical angst-mining, preferring atmosphere to bloodletting. Naturally, there is quite a bit of roiling darkness here -- they’re Cure-loving metalheads, it’s in their blood -- but there’s shade and light, control of texture, with the band deepening rather than expanding. Above all, it’s a mature album: Deftones skirted the obvious response to their tragedy, realizing that the left turn is a more rewarding journey." All Music Guide – Stephen Thomas Erlewine more
Gore
New - LP - 550092-1
Sealed, Latest Run Of The 2016, 2LP Set In Gatefold Cover. Slated To Be Pressed On White Vinyl. "As The Title Gore Suggests, The Contents Within Are Bloody And Visceral. Yet Considering The Cover Art -- Which Shows A Flamboyance Of Pretty Pink Flamingoes Flying Against A Grey-blue Sky -- Thoughts Of Pure Violence Are Subverted. This Dichotomy Has Been Central To The Deftones Ethos Since Their Start. By Combining Brutality With Beauty, The Californian Quintet Elicits Deep Vulnerability, All While Assaulting The Senses. They've Hit Another Career Peak With Gore, Marked By Some New Directions And Layered Atmospherics That Explore The Different Shades Between The Extremes. Produced By Matt Hyde -- Who Also Worked On 2012's Koi No Yokan -- Gore Provides Enough Moments Of Pummeling Savagery To Balance The Fragility That The Band Can Often Tease. Those Varied Trademarks Are Reintroduced On The Sprawling First Single, "Prayers/triangles," Which Vacillates Between The Slinking Rhythms Of Guitarist Stephen Carpenter And Bassist Sergio Vega, And The Pounding Heart Of Drummer Abe Cunningham. Vocalist Chino Moreno's Screech -- Both Gorgeous And Demonic -- Crashes In As He Howls About A "Godless Demon" And The "Force Divine." His Banshee Wail Remains In Fine Form, Sending Shivers Down The Spine On The Battering "Doomed User" And The Feral Title Track. Both Of These Songs Also House Some Unexpected Judas Priest/iron Maiden '80s Metal Riffs By Carpenter, Which Intensify The Sense Of Reinvigoration Within The Band. Effects Man Frank Delgado Buffers Everything With Clever Sonic Touches -- Experimental Traces Of Mood That Haven't Been This Exciting Since 1999's Groundbreaking White Pony -- Like On The Hazy Swirl Of The Aptly Named "Acid Hologram" And The Uncomfortably Tense "Geometric Headdress." The Juxtapositions That The Band Toys With Are Well Executed On The Ominously Sexy "(L)mirl", A Dangerous Invitation That Could Be A Prequel To What Transpires On White Pony's "Passenger." While It Starts Off Comforting, The Anxiety Is Amped Up Before Its Dark, Walloping End. The Core Of The Album Does Fine Work Progressing Deftones' Sound, With A Trio Of Highlights That Kick Off With The Hypnotic, Spacious "Hearts/wires," Carries Through The Cyclone Of "Pittura Infamante," And Closes With The Enthralling "Xenon." However, The Centerpiece Of The Album Appears On The Penultimate Track, "Phantom Bride," Which Features Alice In Chains' Jerry Cantrell On Guitar. This Might Be The Prettiest Song In The Deftones Catalog, As Moreno's Yearning Voice Soars Above The Sonic Waves Before A Cantrell Solo Sails In To Meld Perfectly With The Band. This Album May Mark The Band's 20-year Anniversary, But Deftones Refuse To Rest On Legacy Status. Gore Is A Triumphant Reminder Of The Band's Ever-evolving Sound And Their Continuing Ability To Push The Boundaries Of Metal." AMG - Neil Z. Yeung. more
Gore
New Import - 9362-49264-9
Sealed, latest run of the 2016, 2LP EU reissue pressed on limited edition white vinyl. Gatefold jacket, custom hype sticker on shrink. Gore is Deftones deliberately stepping off balance. Bright, abrasive, and emotionally exposed, it favors jagged textures and open nerves over the band’s usual velvet-black atmosphere. Guitars scrape and splinter, rhythms feel unsettled, and Chino Moreno leans into vulnerability with little armor. Songs like “Prayers / Triangles” and “Hearts / Wires” shimmer uneasily, beauty and tension sharing the same breath. Challenging, divisive, and strangely luminous, this is a record that refuses comfort and finds its power in friction. more

Private Music
New - LP - 093624832355
Sealed 2025 US original first pressing on Clear vinyl. Custom hype sticker on shrink. "If listeners thought Ohms was the pinnacle of what Deftones could achieve in their late-era surge, here comes Private Music to run circles around that notion. Perfect from back to front, this tenth set from the alt-metal veterans is a lean, mean stunner. With producer Nick Raskulinecz back in the saddle, Deftones have recorded a flawless album and -- with apologies to the Raskulinecz faithful who hold Diamond Eyes and Koi No Yokan in the highest regards -- this might be the best example of their collaborative artistry. He's pulled the purest vision from the band and honed it into something quietly breathtaking. Serving as a generational connector between old-school fans who remember the nu-metal days and the legion of younger converts who have absorbed their various evolutionary stages in a more compact time period, Private Music strikes an even better balance than Ohms. Building on the focus and accessibility of that 2020 opus, this set carries it a step further, taking special care to temper the muscular riffs and primal screams with shimmering, melodic programming and catchy chord progressions. It's a journey ideally experienced in one sitting for maximum effect. Sensual, sexy, and soulful -- take whatever meaning of "private" that suits you -- the result is so refreshingly straightforward and confident that you get the feeling Deftones knew they had a triumph on their hands. Towering opener "My Mind Is a Mountain" sets the scene: as Chino Moreno's distinctive vocals sway from croon to howl, Stephen Carpenter's punishing guitar churns below Abe Cunningham's precision drum attack, and Frank Delgado's atmospherics elevate the track to cinematic levels. Along with new bassist Fred Sablan, Deftones lock in for what will be a breathless 42-minute escape. On "Locked Club," Moreno flips from spoken-word declarations to a rapturous sung chorus (the shiver-inducing cry of "Can you feel it?" can be answered with a simple, "Yes, we can!"). Meanwhile, the lurching low-end, knuckle-drag riffage of the menacing "Ecdysis" will bring a glimmer to the eye of any old-school fan, just as the atmospheric production and heralding synths remind us just how much they've evolved since 1995. Those vocal highs from "Locked Club" are later bested by those on the expansive centerpiece "Souvenir," which is powerful enough to inspire immediate ascension. Soaring above the thick low end of Carpenter's sludgy, dirty riffs, it's the unrivaled highlight of this album. "Milk of the Madonna" careens along an almost jubilant storm of bouncing riffs and pogo drums, just as the furious "Cut Hands" suddenly launches listeners back to the Adrenaline days with spit verses, glitchy delivery, unnerving sonics, and a monstrous breakdown for the ages. The tender "I Think About You All the Time" and the heady, swaggering dub of "Metal Dream" provide interesting breathers, but otherwise this is a lean, no-filler assault that should please all corners of their wide fandom. Going two for two in the 2020s so far, Deftones maintain their position as one of the greatest bands of their generation. Throw on a pair of headphones and get lost with Private Music." "Vaulting From Genre Favorites To The Big Leagues, Californian Alt-metal Outfit Deftones Went From Being The Cool Kid's Nu-metal Band Of Choice To A Mainstream Force With Their Seminal Third Album, White Pony. Taking Steps Away From The Hip-hop Swagger, Rote Riffs, And Unpolished Youthfulness Of Their Early Work, The Band Delved Into Their Sonic Toy Chest, Experimenting With Atmosphere And Effects, Tightening Their Songcraft, And Boosting Chino Moreno's Pure Singing Vocals. The Result Was An Artistic Breakthrough, One That Not Only Signaled A New Direction For The Band But Also -- For Better Or Worse -- Cemented Itself As Arguably Their Finest Work. The Album's Unnerving Collision Of Sensuality And Danger Climaxes On The Cinematic Epic "Passenger," A Bone-chilling Duet With Tool's Maynard James Keenan That Finds Both Frontmen At Peak Performance. Hearing The Group Evolve From 1997's Unhinged "Headup" To Something Like The Sparse, Electronic Ballad "Teenager" Is A Wonder And, In Hindsight, It Was Clear That Things Would Never Be The Same Again For Deftones. White Pony
New - LP - 093624964667
Sealed 2025 2LP gatefold reissue; Unsure of exact deadwax info. "Vaulting from genre favorites to the big leagues, Californian alt-metal outfit Deftones went from being the cool kid's nu-metal band of choice to a mainstream force with their seminal third album, White Pony. Bridging their beginnings with what was to come, White Pony placated the hardened metalheads with ripping ragers like "Feiticeira," "Street Carp," and the Grammy-winning "Elite," while expanding their horizons with the midtempo lurch of "Rx Queen" (featuring an uncredited Scott Weiland on vocals) and the haunted haze of "Digital Bath." Whether loud or soft, violent or tender, each track on White Pony serves melody and mood in droves, resulting in the kind of album that is instantly recognizable as a conscious leveling-up. While best known on the charts and MTV for singles "Change (In the House of Flies)" and the bastard child afterthought "Back to School (Mini Maggit)" -- which was crammed in at the behest of their label -- the real meat of White Pony lies in a trio of late-album cuts that kicks off with the searing "Knife Prty," electrified by Rodleen Getsic's terrifying vocals at the close, and extends with the brutal "Korea," which features one of Moreno's most head-caving screams ever put to tape. Having tamed the beast, they emerged even more potent and powerful, embarking on a course to become boundary-pushing artists and survivors of the nu-metal era." All Music Guide – Neil Z. Yeung more
